Our story
In March 2018 we set out to establish the leading wine distribution company in East Africa. With a collative 50 plus years of experience in the hospitality and wine service industry wine, is something we are passionate about.
Having endured lots of frustration in consistently securing top quality wine, we resorted to importing wines ourselves for our hospitality outlets. Our establishments quickly became known for their outstanding wine offerings. Such was the success that people would approach us to just buy wine from us and enjoy it at home.
We quickly came to the realisation that there are many more like us that want consistent access to good wine at fair prices.
Motivated by, that we expanded our collaboration with our Vineyard partners that we have grown with and established great relationships to help us fulfil our dream and create the leading wine distribution company in Rwanda.

Short bios of our Directors
Spencer Fondaumiere
Spencer studied to be a chef in Nairobi, He established Spez catering and The Good Food Company before moving to South Africa. In South Africa he studied Sommelierie and became 1 of less then 300 ASI certified sommeliers in the world. He worked as wine buyer and head Sommelier at the prestigious Open Door group of restaurants before moving full time into the wine industry.
Hannington Khanyola
Hannington is a titan of the hospitality industry in East Africa. He begun his career as part of the opening team of the Safari Park hotel where he rose through the ranks before leaving to join the imperial group of hotels. He was an integral part of the opening team of every outlet in Uganda before taking up the position of group general manager. He left the group and started Riders Lounge. Riders is the premier entertainment destination in East Africa Riders now has four outset all over the region with plans for more to come
